Laurel Guimaraes
Registered Dietitian
Laurel Guimarães RDN, LD, MS is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, childbirth educator, doula, and has a master’s in human nutrition with a focus on perinatal health from the University of Alabama. Julie Conant (Wallace)
Registered Dietitian
Julie (Conant) Wallace RDN, LD, is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings (that range from ICU to diabetes education to oncology and organ transplant) and outpatient settings (such as dialysis and weight management). Just was once a personal trainer and Zumba instructor, as well, and is choosing to focus on her primary passion: helping women through nutrition. To learn more about Julie, visit her site.
Together, we share similar philosophies that include that there are many ways to each woman to make changes in a positive, supportive way, that each woman is unique, and that progress matters over perfection. We marry the basic and evidence-based approaches with who you are, where you are, and where you’re going on our journey together.

Welcome to Ladies Live Fully, a community made for women by women who are interested in Living Fully, Eating Healthfully, Moving Joyfully (as best as we can or want to!)
Both Julie Conant and Laurel Guimaraes are Registered Dietitians who specialize in women’s health/nutrition. Julie’s background includes working in the clinical field (diabetes education, ICU, dialysis, and various outpatient units) and Laurel’s background includes experience as a doula and pre-/post- natal nutrition/guidance.
We share similar philosophies which include meeting you where you are at, understanding that you are the driver behind the wheel while we are like your navigation systems- everything here is open road and supplements your journey.
While we help women in many ways, we often find ourselves assisting in weight management. That being said, weight management means a lot of different things to different people- please allow us to share what we know AND be respectful of how others interpret their own experiences with weight. This is a supportive group.
As this group continues to grow, we will both be providing more handouts or resources and likely more live video opportunities.
